Hello, I'm

Ever since I was five years old, I knew that my imaginative soul, diligent hands and delicious ingredients could create mouthwatering dishes. My cooking comes from the passion I have deep within me and that passion has sparked a journey to explore all disciplines of food. As a certified sommelier, my goal is to provide the best culinary experience for my clients through thoughtful and conscientious wine pairing that perfect the meal and lift the soul.

I earned my Master of Arts as a Chef in 2007, when I graduated from FMU Centro Universitário in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I continued to hone my craft while interning with local restaurants, butchers and fish mongers. Those experiences ingrained my love and appreciation for the ingredients I would work with throughout my career.  

 

I began working as a personal chef and developing private cooking classes that grew into my own business, Aprender & Fazer in 2007.  As my business grew, I also worked for a consulting firm, where I designed new restaurants, projected costs and revenues, and implemented those plans for continual success.  

 

I obtained my MBA in Food and Beverages from Anhembi Morumbi University in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2010, and I became certified as a sommelier in 2015.  

 

My experience and passion for food has enabled me to expand my client base and provide an unforgettable affair that you will cherish for years to come.
